Orders placed before our daily cut-off time (3pm) are eligible for next-day delivery. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Costs

We offer free next-day delivery on all orders except trial products. No shipping fees will be added at checkout unless purchasing a trial product.

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with any available tracking information.

4. Delivery Delays

Although we aim to deliver orders the next working day, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier disruptions, severe weather, or public holidays.
